Refund and Return Policy

For what ever the reason, you may return your item(s) in its original packaging within 14 business days of receipt. Item(s) damaged during shipping , must be reported immediately so that we can contact the carrier. Once your return is processed, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange the item(s) within 7 business days. We do not pay the return postage fee(s).

Step 1. In the subject line, wire RETURN. and the original INVOICE NUMBER . In the comment box, please include a brief reason for the return request. This will help us to better understand and improve service. We will than email you a return authorization form (RAF) that must be included with the return.

Step 2. Pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Do not forget to include the RAF.

Step 3. Send package via postal service or regular mail service. Us the mailing address located on the RAF. Then email us the tracing information.

Step 4. We will notify you via email once your package reaches us. Once your return is processed, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
